Lex Friedman - Decentralised Interviews

As many of you may be aware there are a few figureheads who are at the forefront of blockchain adoption, and in particular decentralization. Decentralization is a concept backed by our planets future thinkers to bring more equality to our world. Amongst these decentralized blockchain protocals there is a network of highly educated individuals. I am not going to sit here and tell anyone that I know more than others in any sense of the matter, however there is a vast amount of experience and knowledge on the subject at your fingertips.

A well known figure in the youtube scene is Lex Friedman. He hosts his own channels where he interviews a variety of people on a variety of different backgrounds and has of recent months been wrapping his head round decentralization himself and for his fan basis. I find his methods of interview to be very non biased and open, he gives his subjects free range to talk about anything they feel is important within their fields/ industries

I have put below a couple of links to talks with some important people in the blockchain/decentralization scene. First link - Vitalik and second link - Charles.

Vitalik talks into various blockchain technologies inlcuding POW, POW, scaling, sharding and roll ups. These subjects are key to understanding the fundamentals of blockchain technologies and the videos above outlines the different topics with time stamps for your information. Charles similarly talks on a variety of noteworthy topics. Although the above two links don't specifically focus on environmental aspects relating to blockchains, they do provide good information and background reading to help make better judgements on blockchains and how in the future they will impact our planet.
