Dr Mike Troilo - Blockchain Technology and Sustainable Development

From A young age I have always tried to understand reasons for such a difference in quality of life across different areas of the globe. I gained through my schooling and university that through improving our environmental impact we could in turn become more productive and create a future with a better quality of life. Education is one of the key area in less developed countries that we need to improve in order for people to understand this. We need to educated people on how to improve the environment they live in and in doing so there will be many benefits. As well as education there is real issues in accessing information in lesser developed countries, Hence why I have such a strong belief in blockchain technology and its applications moving forward.

Dr Mike Troilo gave a TED talk in 2017 which helped me on a personal level, understand that there are other people out there striving to educate people on blockchain technology and its sustainability applications. The below link is for youtube where he  gives viewers a well rounded understanding of how powerful this technology is and how we can apply it to future generations.
